Winter Warmers at Cocoba

Snuggling down with a warm mug of hot chocolate is so delicious, especially at this time of year. The evenings are darker, the weather colder and all I feel like doing is lazing on the sofa with a yummy hot chocolate, watching a good movie.

What I especially enjoy about a good hot chocolate are the delicious stirring spoons, which are becoming increasingly popular within the hot chocolate world. There are many different varieties and flavours you can buy and I was kindly sent milk chocolate and marshmallows stirring spoons from the lovely people at Cocoba to try.

Cocoba is a chocolate shop and café based in Bluewater Shopping Centre in Kent and they stock many delicious goodies, from boxes of chocolates, fudge and nougat to tins of truffles, chocolate covered coffee beans and Christmas gifts. Cocoba also offer their own Cocoba coffee blend, loose leaf teas and many delicious pastries and cakes to choose from and even have a chocolate pizza you can indulge in if you wish. You could also experience Cocoba’s signature hot chocolates, made with 100% Belgian chocolate. It truly is a chocoholic’s paradise.

I loved the packaging of the chocolate spoons, with the ‘hand made’ sticker displayed proudly on the front and the lovely individual gift bags, lending themselves as the perfect gift for hot chocolate lovers.

The milk chocolate spoons were just heavenly. The chocolate was a great quality and melted slowly into the hot milk, turning the mixture into a velvety, smooth texture and I loved having the additional topping of marshmallows, which scrumptiously melted into the delicious mix.

The delicious hot chocolate encompassed everything I love about a cold winter’s evening. A warm, comforting drink and a relaxing night on the sofa watching an old black and white movie (in particular, It’s a Wonderful Life, one of my favourite films of all time).

The hot chocolate stirring spoons are a fabulous gift for someone, especially at Christmas time or a little bit of indulgence for yourself and at £2.95 each, they’re a great price too.
