Feeling Totally Pampered With Hazel Green Hampers

Well, let me start off by saying how totally pampered and spoilt I feel. This is all down to the lovely people at Hazel Green Hampers, who very kindly sent me, not one, but two of their luxury hampers to try, so thank you very much, I’m certainly going to enjoy trying all of the gorgeous products.

Hazel Green Hampers are a fairly new company, beginning their bespoke hamper journey in April this year and was established from their passion of great tasting food. They are based in London and currently offer five different luxury hampers, all containing the finest selection of award winning local produce, from companies they have partnered up with.

I particularly love a great background story of how a company began and why and Hazel Green Hampers is no exception. The name Hazel Green comes from the hazel tree which is a native tree in the UK (I didn’t know this) and was apparently used by the Romans during weddings to symbolise happiness. The aim of the company is for people to share the hampers with each other for joyful events and celebrations. How great is that!

In my humble opinion, Hazel Green Hampers are the perfect gift for any occasion, whether you’re looking for a birthday gift, a luxury corporate gift or a gift for family and friends, these hampers are an ideal choice and would definitely make someone’s day extremely special indeed. Take it from me, I know.

I was sent a Hippodrome selection luxury hamper, complete with a large tray basket and a Richmond selection luxury hamper, complete with a wicker basket and both of these gifts are absolutely divine.

Hippodrome Luxury Hamper

This large hamper would make a beautiful gift. It contains delicious award winning products and looks simply gorgeous. Below are the products I received in this particular hamper.

  • Cheshire Tea Company ~ Lapsang Souchong Loose Leaf Black Tea
  • Urban Village Chocolates ~ Orange
  • Country Fare ~ Hand Baked Malt Whiskey Fruit Cake
  • Monty Bojangles ~ Butterscotch & Sea Salt Cocoa Dusted Truffles
  • Reid of Caithness ~ Banoffee Oat Crumbles
  • Cottage Delight ~ Aubergine and Mango Chutney
  • The Ochil Fudge Pantry ~ Bailey’s & White Chocolate Fudge
  • The Dormen ~ Spicy Peanuts
  • Thursday Cottage ~ Handmade Morello Cherry Jam
  • Carrs ~ Melts Original
  • Reid of Caithness ~ Smoky Sea Salt & Strong Cheddar Shortbread

I love trying new or different produce from companies I am unfamiliar with and most of the products in this hamper are relatively new to me, so I’m super excited to try them.

Richmond Luxury Hamper

This luxury hamper also contains award winning products that are all lovingly displayed in a gorgeous lidded wicker basket. What I absolutely love about this particular hamper, is the fact that you can use the wicker basket as many times as you like for all different occasions. You can use it for picnics, days out with the family or for a romantic getaway to the countryside and it looks so quintessentially English, I just love it! Below are the gorgeous products I received in this particular hamper.

  • Thursday Cottage ~ Handmade Strawberry Jam with Champagne
  • Proper Marmalade ~ Blood Orange & Black Pepper
  • Monty Bojangles ~ Butterscotch & Sea Salt Cocoa Dusted Truffles
  • Cheshire Tea Company ~ Cherry Sencha Loose Leaf Green Tea
  • Reids of Caithness ~ Raspberry & White Chocolate Shortbread
  • The Ochil Fudge Pantry ~ Handmade Nutella Fudge
  • Cartwright & Butler ~ Gouda Cheese Melts

I have tried several of these delicious products already and I’m definitely loving the Bailey’s & White Chocolate Fudge, the Raspberry & White Chocolate Shortbread and the Cherry Sencha Loose Leaf Green Tea. It’s only a matter of time before I devour the rest!

Hazel Green Hampers’ passion for taste is at the heart of their products and hampers and it most definitely shows. This is one super-duper company to keep a look out for in the future.
